Intrepid Explorer

At the margins of the universe. Marginalized, so to speak. The intrepid explorer places his life in the hands of his machine.  Except that his machine has no hands!

Twas a calm day.  The surface of the river like glass.  The only sound, the gentle lapping of the water against the hull.   I broke the silence to the dismay of all around.  The clamor of the engine was tremendous.  We were off!    But, little did I know what dangers lurked just below.
