The little lines of thought and memory that link us all together. At least they used to. I've reached an age where the lines are a little sketchy on the memory end of things. But, rest assured I'm still thinking of you, even if I don't remember who you are.

Heralding in Spring

I got way behind in my posts. This drawing was done this past spring. The double entendre is fairly obvious. Those pig-tails looking rather like horns - the kind that you blow into - to herald in something.

I am now a proud member of the family of artists at outsiderart.info ! This drawing is in the site's permanent collection. It's about their effort to collect and promote outsider art. To me, it's like collecting suns.

The coloring book project

"Luncheon on the Grass" by Ed Manet turns into "Why are We Here and Where Did Her Clothes Go" by yours truly - all through the magic paper engineering. This was done for a Facebook friend of a friend of a friend (Does this mean that I'm half way to meeting Kevin Bacon?) who is working to create an altered version of a coloring book of the old masters.
